This is a mind map of one of our ideas for our music video. We have included an outline of the narrative which we would include, some basic information on mise-en-scene, a few camera shots and some of the editing which we would do.
Our idea for this song is that it would feature a boy whose girlfriend who has been very depressed but he hasn't noticed it, and eventually she killed herself. Then he looks back at his time with her and realizes how stupid he was not to see it, and that he could of done something to change what happened. If we use this idea we plan to keep the lighting very dark throughout the shots of the girl and have her dressed in darker colours, while in the shots of the boy keep the light bright / normal. We may feature some aspects of black and white, but overall we are not sure what we are going to do quite yet!
